You may be eligible for money to help pay for college, career school, or graduate school. Start by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®).
The FAFSA can help you find out if you qualify for grants, scholarships, work-study, and student loans.
To apply for aid, students must use FAFSA at
https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa.
SADDLEBACK PROMISE PROGRAM
The Saddleback College Promise Program will pay for the first two years of college for eligible students.

Who is Eligible for the Full-Time Promise Program?
- First-time college students
- The Full-Time Promise Program is for students who have never attended college. Students who have taken college classes before high school graduation are still eligible for the Full-Time Promise Program, this includes Dual/Concurrent enrolled students, Special Admit students, and non-credit/high school equivalency students.
- California Residents or students eligible for AB 540
- Undocumented student can apply for an in-state tuition waiver if they meet the AB-540 minimum requirements. Submit an AB 540 Affidavit.
- Saddleback College students
- Saddleback College must be listed as "College of Record"
- Enrolled full-time
- 12 units is considered full-time enrollment, including a transfer level math and English.
- Students with appropriate DSPS accommodation may be allowed to enroll in fewer than 12 units.
- Students may take English one semester and Math the second semester, as both must be completed in the first year to continue in year two.

Saddleback College Dual Enrollment Process
1. Complete an Application for Admission to Saddleback College.
- Write down your application confirmation number - you'll need it if your application is held for review.
- Within 24 hours of submitting your CCCApply application, check your personal email for a message from Saddleback with your assigned Student ID and Saddleback email address.
2. Students must complete the Dynamic Form using your Saddleback College credentials which is available on Saddleback's Dual Enrollment website. (only required to fill out once during high school)
- This form is required for every Saddleback course you plan to take while in high school.
3. Students are required to complete the CUSD External Informed K12 form. (must fill out for every course you are taking)
4. Approval of both forms will occur digitally and students will be notified.
- You’ll receive email notification once your forms are approved and ready to proceed.
